What we provide
Expert post-operative monitoring — Vital sign tracking, wound assessment, drain management, complication surveillance, and direct communication with your surgical team — aligned with your surgeon’s protocol.
Medication management — Pain management, hormone protocols, and post-operative medications coordinated, tracked, and administered on schedule.
Incision and wound care — Sterile dressing changes and incision assessment performed with clinical precision and documented for your surgical team.
Swelling and complication surveillance — Early signs of infection, hematoma, or wound complications are often subtle. We are trained to identify them before they escalate.
IV hydration therapy — Hospital-grade IV fluids, vitamins, and anti-nausea medications administered directly. Most patients feel markedly better within the hour.
Red light therapy — Targeted red light therapy reduces inflammation and supports wound healing at the cellular level.
Anti-inflammatory meal preparation — Fresh meals built around ingredients that reduce inflammation and support tissue repair. You rest. We nourish.

Grande Vida specializes in supporting out-of-town patients: hotel setup before you arrive, transportation from your surgical center, and nursing oversight through your departure.
